Today, we had options but we lent towards Pisa! 😉

It has such an interesting history and not just the famous tower.

Genoa

Today, we took an easy tour around Genoa. It is a city of about 600,000 people and the building style vary greatly - Liberty, Gothic, Fascist and others.

Chef's Table - Lumiere

One highlight of our onboard experience has been the Chef's Table.

Marseilles

Today, we had a taste of France as we visited Marseilles.

Our main focus was the Palias Longchamp and the Notre Dame de la Garde which is built on a high hill overlooking the city.

We then wandered around the "old harbour" area. We grabbed some local delicacies crepes (both savoury and sweet) and French pastries.

Gibraltar - a little bit of England.

Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory and headland, on Spain's south coast. It’s dominated by the Rock of Gibraltar, a 426m-high limestone ridge. First settled by the Moors in the Middle Ages and later ruled by Spain, the outpost was ceded to the British in 1713. 

We thoroughly enjoyed the little taste of England but with warm, sunny weather. 🇬🇧😉

The Rock and St Michael's Cave are spectacular!
